Free interactive story at Warrington Museum and Art Gallery

The event, featuring The Story of Penelope Pumpkin, is scheduled for Friday, October 31, at 11am and 1.30pm.

The sessions are presented by Colour The Clouds Theatre Company, who have been creating interactive theatre for young audiences for over a decade.

It will follow Penelope Pumpkin, who loves everything about autumn, from watching the leaves change colour to foraging for conkers and acorns.

The audience will be asked to help Penelope show everyone just how beautiful, exciting and fun autumn can be.

After the 30-minute story, attendees can explore the museum and participate in autumn-themed crafts.

The event is aimed at children aged 0-5 years, although older siblings are welcome.

The activities are free, and no prior booking is required.

Culture Warrington, the charity hosting the event, is encouraging donations to help fund more attractions in the future.

Both sessions will include the same story and activities.

As a drop-in event, no tickets are required.
