Created by chocolatier Raymond Kwong, the sculpture took more than 40 hours to complete and features a rabbit figure alongside an oversized carrot.

Mr Kwong said: “Chocolate is a very versatile material and working with it feels like creating a piece of art.
“At the same time, you have to manage time, temperature and detail all at once.”
The sculpture will remain on display throughout the Easter period and will also feature as part of the hotel’s Easter Sunday lunch.
As part of the event, each table will receive a homemade chocolate egg, while one guest will have the chance to win a £200 Sheraton gift voucher.
The voucher can be used at the hotel’s One Spa or One Square restaurant.
The Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa, in the city centre, celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2025.
