The Artery Studios in Worcester is set to host a new exhibition, British Birds, British Landscapes by local duo Sarah and Jonathan Dukes.
The free event starts on Saturday, April 12, featuring affordable art pieces, including prints of Crookbarrow Hill and bird sculptures from tiny wrens to life-size swans.
Both artists previously showcased their work in the studio’s Worcester 100 exhibition, which featured artists of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds.
Jonathan, an artist and illustrator, is known for his diverse influences, including comics, graphics, and paintings.
His work has been displayed at Worcester’s Art House, Birmingham’s RBSA Gallery, and in SLAP’s Arch 30.
Sarah creates bird sculptures using mostly reclaimed wires, and her recent exhibitions include Birmingham’s RBSA Gallery and sculpture trails at Riverside House, Stourbridge.
The Artery, a Community Interest Company, supports visual art within the city, offering affordable studios, exhibition space, and creative workshops.
The exhibition, backed by a grant from Worcester Arts Council, runs until Thursday, April 17.
Opening times vary.
