Something strange has been spotted at Universal Orlando, with a brand-new Ghostbusters-themed sand sculpture now taking shape inside the lobby of the Hard Rock Hotel. Shared by Inside Universal, this early look at the larger-than-life display shows construction already well underway, featuring franchise staples such as the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man and Mooglie, better known as the iconic no-ghost logo.
According to Inside Universal, all 11 Universal Orlando hotels will feature oversized sand sculptures inspired by popular Universal characters and stories as part of the resort’s upcoming summer experiences, with Ghostbusters naturally earning a spot among the lineup.

As work continues on the display, we’ll keep a close eye on the finished reveal and share updated photos right here on Ghostbusters News, along with coverage across our social media channels, once the sculpture is fully unveiled.
Of course, the Ghostbusters’ presence at Universal Orlando won’t stop there. Beginning May 23rd, the Universal Mega Movie Parade returns for another season at Universal Studios Florida. Originally debuting in July 2024, the parade quickly established itself as one of the resort’s largest entertainment offerings, featuring more than 100 performers and elaborate floats celebrating Universal’s cinematic legacy. Alongside franchises such as Jurassic World, Jaws, E.T., and Trolls, Ghostbusters once again takes center stage as part of the spectacle.

Ahead of both the summer festivities and potential Halloween season offerings, Ghostbusters already appears poised to once again maintain a noticeable presence throughout Universal Orlando. As additional themed experiences, merchandise, and park entertainment continue to surface, be sure to keep it locked to Ghostbusters News for all the latest paranormal activity from the resort.
