Valentines Mansion, Ilford hosts Essex Art Club exhibition

Essex Art Club, who Sir Winston Churchill exhibited with, will display a variety of watercolours, oil paintings, pastels, and prints.

All artwork is available for purchase.

The group holds one exhibition a year and meets at Wanstead House.

Jan Ellery, Valentines Mansion manager, said: “The collection of work is outstanding, and it’s great to be able to share their talents with our visitors.”

The free exhibition, Sunday in the Park with Art, is open every Sunday and Monday from 12pm to 5pm until September 29.

Visitors can also meet some of the artists on these days.
